June 6th marks the 17th anniversary of the founding of Hefei Debo Bioenergy Technology Co., Ltd. Filled with gratitude and pride, we reflect on our journey of hard work and look ahead to a greener future. Over seventeen years, Debo Energy has remained unwavering in its commitment to innovation, leading the field of biomass gasification technology. Through substantial action, we have embodied our founding mission: "Pioneering Technology for Green Development."
Since the founding in 2008, we have pioneered multiple industry breakthroughs under the guidance of the "circular economy," including biomass gasification polygeneration technology, biomass gasification coupling with coal for power generation, and biomass gasification-to-hydrogen/alcohol/oil technology. Our independently developed circulating fluidized bed gasification equipment has been listed in the National Energy Administration's catalog of major technological equipment. Over the past 17 years, we have processed nearly ten million tons of agricultural and forestry waste, reducing carbon dioxide emissions by over 9 million tons, leveraging "waste-to-resource" technological innovations to advance the "dual-carbon" goals (carbon peak and carbon neutrality). From China's first coal-coupled biomass gasification project to over a hundred successful global cases, Debo Equipment has been exported to Europe and America, with its biomass gasification-to-hydrogen/alcohol/oil technology now writing a new chapter in "technology going global."
These 17 years have been a journey of scaling the heights of technological innovation. Supported by dual academician workstation teams, we have won more than 20 industry accolades, including the Jiangsu Provincial First Prize for Scientific and Technological Progress, and secured nearly a hundred patents. We have overcome key technologies such as biomass-to-hydrogen and biomass carbon-gas co-production, transforming agricultural and forestry waste into "green hydrogen" and "ecological carbon gold." These 17 years have also been a path of responsibility and commitment. From ensuring livelihoods during pandemic recovery to advancing the standardization of bioenergy equipment, we have consistently pursued sustainable development through the "industry-agriculture-energy integration" model.
Standing at the new starting point of our seventeenth anniversary, Debo Energy will continue its mission of "efficient and high-value bioenergy applications," deepening collaborations with strategic partners such as central state-owned enterprises and exploring new models for carbon asset management. We aim to establish biomass energy as a "Chinese solution" for the global energy transition. We deeply believe that in the harmony of technology and nature, Debo will write an even more brilliant green chapter!
